I just read over on pitgate that Darren Long will pilot the Gaerte 3G on the ASCS National tour this year. Is Tim Norman still running a 3G?

Tim will not be driving this year, he and Joe are taking the 3g out on the road with Darren Long driving.  They will be following the Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour with some local racing when time allows.

It won't seem quite right seeing SOD shows without Tim. It seemed weird last fall in Canada with Shane Stewart in the car, but those guys had so much fun winning that deal, I'm not suprised.

Good luck to the team and hope to see you somewhere this summer.

Tim's parents have been staunch fans since Tim started racing and are always there sitting through wind, rain, cold (and the sweet aroma of hogs), and just about every hardship....................hey wait a minute, we all do that.

Really, they are always there even supplying us with cookies. Maybe we should have a race dedicated to them. They are always fun and informative:-)

Got a message from Tim yesterday, and he's not retiring.  They are just taking Darren Long on the road with the ASCS National Tour.  Sponsorship is still pending, then we should see the official announcement...

I guess if you're wrong it wouldn't be the first time.

The only thing I remember you ever typing that makes any sense is that Dalman rocks. By the way, if you're such a Dalman fan learn to spell his name right --- it's GREGG DALMAN.

If you'd pay attention to your elders you might learn something.
