I really am not a non-wing guy but i will have to take that one in. USAC usually travels really well so should be a good car count.

Man, they almost faked you out, Doug.  Damn USAC-ers....!   Cheesy

Who won last time USAC raced there?  I seem to remember it being Jay Drake.  The USAC Midgets raced there the same year (not the same night, though).  Coons won and Darland had an incredible wreck in Turn 1 that night.

I don't think USAC has been back since.  The Sprints tried it a year, or so, later, but got rained out.

I wish the USAC show wasn't during Knoxville week, but glad to see them back closer to all of us.
