The Vince Osman Memorial at Kokomo Speedway (Sunday Sept. 4th) will be streamed LIVE via $8 Pay Per View.

As always, we encourage everyone out there to visit the track in person, but if you can't we have the next best thing!

For a year we've been testing the new DVR function of our in house video player and it's working to perfection!

What this means is that you can pause, rewind, or fast forward again to the live broadcast at any point! If you need to get up to grab a beverage from the fridge you can pause the broadcast and then come back and resume right where you left off!

Or if there is a spectacular crash on track, you can rewind and watch as many times as you like!

All you need is a stable high speed (DSL or above) internet connection with Internet Explorer or FireFox web browser!

Thanks for the info, rg1.  With Butler running the All Stars the same night, it'll be tough to make it to Kokomo.  At least we have an option.

On the downside, watching the Vince Osman Memorial on the computer is a small consolation for shutting down Kokomo Speedway for the whole month of August.

Oh.  I'm sorry .  Did I say that out loud?   Angry

I can assure that not one member of the O'Conner family reads message boards. You can speak directly with Jarrod at 815-693-0092 and let him personally know that your not happy with the way he schedules races at Kokomo. Posting your displeasure here will accomplish nothing. Have a great time at Butler I am sure it will be a great show as well.

Thanks for the number, rg.  I might just contact the guy.

As for the O'Conners reading the forum, if they do or don't, that's fine.  I was venting more than anything.  I had a hard time making it to Kokomo this Summer, however, had they run in August, I would have been able to make it there every Sunday Night.

But, could have, should have, would have.....

Despite how I worded my post and how it might have come across, I like the joint a lot.  They run a top class show down there & they & Gas City compliment each other very well weekly.

I just hope SOMEONE (Butler and/or Kokomo) can get the show in this Sunday.  The weather coming at us looks grim.
