Big weekend coming up with the rescheduled USAC shows at Gas City, Lawrenceburg, & Kokomo, & the SOD opener at Crystal.  Butler opens up this Saturday Night, too.

So where are you going?  Me?  Well, with the Royal Wedding on Friday and having to go out of town Sunday Afternoon, I am only good for Crystal Saturday Night.

Hope to see some of you there.

The weekend is dependent on the weather, but I plan on Spartan for the sprint opener and Crystal. But I could head to Indiana if things change.

Hey, Mike what are your colors going to be for the Royal Wedding ? (I'm betting on a purple hat).  Mine will be carhart brown or black.

Well, Kate Middleton is known for wearing cool hats.  I'll wear purple, of course, and bring her a Hoosier hat for a wedding gift.  She'll look good with it on.

She looks good with anything on.

Hey,

Do you think coolers will be allowed to be brought into the wedding?  I know Crystal allows them.

Coolers with no alcohol are probably ok. I would get there early and tape down a blanket to a bench.

Hopefully no Brit will swipe my blanket, Bob!

You have to admit:  Only a real babe could wear a soup bowl on her head and still look like a knockout.

I'll see you guys at Crystal, provided I survive the reception.

I watched the news and every time they mention the Royal Wedding, now I think about you attending. Take lots of pictures.  Smiley

Jackson Speedway on Saturday, with Crystal as a back up plan. Butler will be a third try if needed. Who knows, maybe if all three fail, we may trek to Fremont.

We'll miss seeing you at Crystal Doug. Make some extra money so you can afford to fill up the car and go racing.  Smiley

I'm thinking about joining up with the neighbors and becoming Amish.

Bad news Mike.

It's supposed to rain at the "Wedding" you better bring a poncho and cover up that blanket with some plastic.

I've learned these tricks after years of going to rac.......ah, I mean weddings.

Gee.... go figure, Bob.  We try to do something this month and it rains.  Hey, if I made it through the self-inflicted "rain delay" up at Cherry Raceway last year, I can sit through anything.  Hopefully the church isn't outside with a dirt floor.

Yeah, I'm gonna miss you, Doug.  We'll catch up with you somewhere along the way.

Have fun over in Wisconsin, dirtracer.  The IRA hasn't been able to get in a race yet this year, have they?  They got rained out/snowed out last weekend.
