Well, so much for THAT weekend!     Can't plan anything in April, though.

So, what racing is on tap for the Easter weekend?  If all else fails, I am going to default to the tin tops and watch the Intimidator 100 at K-zoo.  Beaver Dam & the IRA are too far to drive. 

I see no other local sprints on the card.  Butler & SOD starts the weekend after that.

Just stomping the snow off my boots................yeah, that was some lousy weather wasn't it.

Well, next week Gas City will try again or my sleeper is Miami County Speedway in Peru,In. opens Saturday. This track is the perfect size for the 600's and they put on a whale of a show. Winged and non-wing classes, 5 bucks admission. Fairgrounds with a covered granstand. Since no sprints are close on Saturday it's a great time to check it out.

Of course Attica and Fremont run this weekend. (I'm considering that)

This early in the season I usually decide where I'm headed when I back out of the garage. Usually trying to dodge severe weather.

I'm taking Easter off from traveling, but the following weekend plan a is Limaland for the Run for the Rabbit (highly under-rated program).  Then we start getting into the "meat" of the racing season.

What an ugly weekend it was. Had hoped for three days of racing (Gas City, Fremont, Kokomo) and got none!
I had a good start to the season a year ago and had 11 races in by now. This year, 3 1/2 (Eldora is the 1/2).
