Just checking out the Gas City Tentative schedule on their website www.gascityi69speedway.com and they have the SOD sprints on the schedule for May 21. Hope it will be a SOD/NRA Challenge show as that would be an awesome show.

Good find, dirtracer!  I'll consider this an early Christmas present!   Grin

Because of the site being down I don't have the podcast posted yet, but here are the highlights from Dain's interview on the schedule:

2 dates at Hartford
2 dates at Butler
Winston/Crystal likely to be a weekend combo twice.
Gas City (as posted above)
No show are Merritt, yet.  Also Mt. Pleasant likely not back on the schedule.
The Summer Nationals and Canadian Nationals will have points attached for the 2010 season.
Ohio swing is back again, three days, Memorial Day Weekend, Same Tracks.
MAYBE one show on I-96's new short track (VERY much up in the air).
Obiously some more things on the schedule to work out and maybe a few more tracks/dates to come.

Otherwise it's business as usual for the Engine Pro ASCS Sprints on Dirt presented by ARP.  Opening weekend first Saturday in May at CMS.

The Merritt deal is frustrating to say the least. They have got themselves in a huge mess.

Mt. Pleasant has me scratching my head. Bill Long told me the show went very well, and everyone was pleased. I thought a 2010 date was a lock.

Back at Gas City is a great deal. I hope it all goes well, and you can secure a date each year.
