All Stars heading to Western Canada?!?!?

One of our good friends that's in tune with the racing scene in Western Canada posted this today....

CONFIRMED for 2011. All Star Circuit of Champions sprint car series. Tuesday, July 26 @ Estevan Motor Speedway, SK. & Thursday, July 28 @ Red River Co-op Speedway, Winnipeg, MB.


That's a heck of a road trip for the All Stars, even with the split regions!

Good luck.  They barely got a dozen of them to come up to Hartford a few years ago.

They can always hit the 360 Nationals on Aug 5th. on their way back.

They'll get some "local" cars to run and make a decent field.  Believe it or not, there are a few Sprint Cars in Saskatchewan and Manitoba...and the NoDak contingent has shown up at both tracks for other Sprint Car races in the past.

I'm sure they are hoping for some NOSA support, but that's still a little outside of the All Star "comfort zone".  Then again so was Quebec last year.
