Anyone besides me going to do the Winston/Crystal double this weekend? Should be a hot weekend for racin and camping out but it's my last weekend off till Knoxville. 95* heat. 95% humidity and the Sprints on Dirt. Don't get any better than that. Doc

Hey Doug, I'm planning on it. Are you camping at Winston ? I think there's a campground almost across the road. I may just throw my tent in the truck and rough it this weekend.
I'm going to Lima for the Doty race tomorrow. Just back from three nights of racing. Man, sometimes it hard work to have fun.

I hear you Bob. Sometimes i need to go to work on Monday to rest up for the following weekend. I am staying at the campground on the other side of 131 on Friday and probably at the race track on Saturday night. There is a campground about a mile west of Crystal but they are full. Drive careful buddy and see you Friday. Doc

Just for the record, it pains me to have to miss the MTS race at Butler by doing the SOD doubleheader.....

Mike, i think you have been setting a little too close to the reactor. MTS would sure be my second choice, but hey. This IS a SOD weekend............

Yes Mike this weekend really hit the spot. It was nice to see you, Bob, TJ, and the rest of the crew. After the races Saturday we went to the pits to rub some elbow's and found out it was Gary Fast's birthday. WELL since Gary and Aaron Shaffer are good friends, and Dark Horse Brewing sponsors Aarons car we had to partake in some of the finest micro-brew money can buy. Alot of the guys pulled out because of the long tow home but alot stayed for Photos ect. Needless to say, we had a blast. I won't make the Ionia show,or the Cherry/I96/Kokomo,Triple. Working now every day till Knoxville. Then Owendale on the 28th of August.See you all soon, Doc.
