Well, did you get there Mike ? I messed up my back and stayed home this weekend. I did watch the USAC video last night. Looked like an excellent feature.
Yes, I was there. It was great. Action a go-go. Lots of flips, though, that tore up a lot of stuff for the guys. I never saw so many in one night. If I ever saw a car go higher than Dave Darland did in the Feature, I sure can't remember it. He landed pretty much right in front of where I was sitting. I'm just glad he didn't come over the fence, because he was pert near above it.
Oh.... and on a sidebar, they DID announce that the SOD Sprints would be making their first appearance at Kokomo Speedway this Summer, too.
