The American Sprint Car Tour heads to Montpelier June 4th!!

MONTPELIER MOTOR  SPEEDWAY JUNE 4TH AND SHADYHILL SPEEDWAY ON JUNE 5TH !!!!!

  The American Sprint Car Tour has just put a great weekend of non-wing, steel block sprint car action together for Friday June 4th at the Montpelier Motor Speedway and Saturday June 5th at the Shadyhill Speedway. Both nights will be paying out a $1000, to win and $200 to start with a $100 guaranteed tow money. The ASCT teams will be returning to Montpelier on Friday July 9th with an increased special Purse that is to be announced at a later date and we will make our second appearance at the Shadyhill Speedway on Saturday August 7th.
  Also on hand for the June 4th show at Montpelier Motor Speedway the UMP Modifieds and will also be competing with us. There maybe other classes added to the June 4th program.

What do we have here??? This could get interesting! No SOD race on the schedule, gas city shut down that night, no MTS shows schedule for those dates. Huh?? Payout looks pretty darn good. Their gett'n close to that iron curtain called the Michigan border. Is an invasion immanent? I was at the coffee shop today and this was the buzz. Sprint cars back at Montpelier! I for one say it's about time!!!
